the staff were polite. anthony arranged a change in room type with no fuss because my husband still required the sofabed to prop himself up after an operarion. i appreciated his help a lot.

the aircon was not good. the fan in the unit failed or was failing, so there was a constant drip through the night. i had to get some sleep but it was really unconfortable
