really good seafront stay
ground level roomaccommodating hostsfamily friendly breakfast
I stayed in a newly decorated room on the ground level. It was very clean. the hosts were very accommodating. They made sure everything was family friendly, including breakfast. kids had cereal and toast while adults chose from a full english or bacon butty.

damp smellpeeling wallpaper
The hallway smelled of damp. It wasn't pleasant. Our Family Room had stains on the sofa which worried me. Wallpaper was peeling off the ceiling. This frightened my children during the night. The check-out process was quick. I dropped the keys in a basket because i saw no staff around.

fab seafront stay
comfortable bedstasty breakfastperfect locationworn halls
this visit was wonderful. the room had comfortable beds and space for everyone. breakfast was also very tasty and good value. the location is perfect for getting around and enjoying the seaside.
the halls did need a fresh paint job and looked alittle worn. the carpet in the room had some stains, i did notice. the windows could have been cleaned on the outside for a better view.

the hotel has a great location close to the pier. a tram stop is right outside, i saw. it was easy to get to different attractions. i will recommend to everyone.

dirty pillowsbedbug bites
The room looked alright at first glance. I quickly found crumbs on the bedding and broken biscuits by the tea station. Cobwebs hung from the ceiling. The pillows were flat. I think I also got bedbug bites!
