the location is perfect , right in the town center. the staff are very good , especially charlie , the young housekeeper. i had an amazing view of the tower from my room.
The breakfast service ended too early at 9.30 . I expected a later time.

The location was perfect! I walked to the seaside, tower ballroom, and shopping mall very quickly. My room included a large, comfortable bed, wardrobe, and bathroom, all great. breakfast was magnificent. I enjoyed cereals, juice, tea, coffee, and a cooked english breakfast.
i found the noise from the street loud because the windows were quite thin.

super clean roomfriendly hostearly wake
the room was super clean i loved that! the hosts are friendly. i slept really great and breakfast was tasty. i will book again, for sure!
the tv next door woke me up super early! i couldn't get back to sleep and then seagulls were loud. i wish the soundproofing was better!

the hotel is near shops and attractions that is so convenient. it is also near the winter gardens. this made it easy to walk to events and explore the area, that's a bonus!

the staff seemed quite helpful and the breakfast was decent enough.
I found the noise from the street quite bothersome due to thin windows. A street cleaner was particularly noisy early in the morning, and the mattress was also quite springy. i think it could really benefit from being replaced.

the location worked fine for me. it was very close to the beach, and a short walk to the main attractions. the breakfast tasted lovely with juice, coffee, and a good full english.
my room was on the top floor. the windows seemed thin, so the street noise was loud, especially late at night. the mattress was springy and old and it needs replacing soon.
