faulty remoteinsufficient rack
The television remote did not function properly. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient towel racks. Only one small rack was present. i found this inconvenient. the shower pressure was far too weak. It barely trickled. this made rinsing off soap a chore!!!

sue and leigh were friendly. they allowed us to check in early and met us at their off-road parking, very rare. leigh helped us carry our luggage to our room as we were on the first floor.
the en suite wasn't clean. i noticed dirt under the sink taps and at the bottom of the shower cubical. i cleaned the sink taps myself with wipes.

the hosts were lovely and helpful. they provided information and assistance. the location was great for the pleasure beach. i found parking on site, convenient! the room was clean and cosy.

leigh and sue were lovely people. the room was very super clean and cozy. i had a very pleasant stay near the sea front and amusements.
there are many stairs, so i think it's not great if you have walking problems.

the hotel offered parking. it had parking right outside with an option to park at the rear. this made arrival and departure very convenient. i also know transport links are within easy reach.

the double room was well presented. i found plugs next to the bed, a great feature for charging devices. there was a tv in room, and plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped.

the owners, leigh and sue, showed good knowledge of area. they regularly asked if i needed anything . i received a friendly farewell on my departure, appreciated the personal touch.

the breakfast was superb. i saw it laid out nicely each morning. i enjoyed the fresh english breakfast and. i am happy with all of this.

the location was very quiet. it was also peaceful, a plus for a relaxing stay. i could easily walk to entertainment and beach. i also find it close to many attractions.
