central stay with friendly service
friendly staff great location good breakfast
the staff were very friendly. they were always ready to help with anything i needed! the location worked really well for me, it was close to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast offered a good start to each day!
the hot water took a while to come through in the mornings, i had to run the tap for a few minutes.

Excellent Stay Near the Sea
good options friendly staff attentive owner
The breakfast had good options. The staff was very friendly and responded very quickly to our needs. The price included breakfast, a real value. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the owner, who contacted me about a belonging I had left behind.

surprisingly quiet and conveniently located!
english breakfast double bed easy access
the full english breakfast was great. i had a triple room, it included two single beds and a double bed, perfect for my group. the sea front and the tram stop were also only a few minutes away. it was convenient.
on arrival, the door had towels in front, i had to move them to check in. i felt this was a little inconvenient. a minor thing, but still.

the hotel is right in the middle of the north and south piers, a great spot for walking around. the big wheel and sea front views are visible from rooms. this makes exploring the area very convenient.

the location was great i loved that it was so central the breakfast was also a highlight it was really tasty and filling the staff were very friendly and helpful they made me feel very welcome
the windows looked like they had not been cleaned in ages and were quite filthy there were also cobwebs and dust behind the bed i found this quite off-putting the shower room also looked like the ceiling was about to fall it had plastic on it

amazing staff helpful staff perfect location clean room
The staff was amazing and always available. I found them friendly and helpful whenever needed. The location suited me perfectly because it was near my friend's pub. Breakfast was amazing and a great start to my day. The room was very nice and neat.
The floorboards in my room creaked slightly, but it didn't bother me much.

the staff were helpful, assisting with every request i had. i was pleased to find a well-stocked bar with affordable prices. the location proved to be convenient, a short walk from key attractions.
