thin mattress flat pillows
The breakfast was cooked to order with a great choice available it was quite nice.
The mattress was thin and really uncomfortable the pillows were flat. There was also rubbish strewn outside the hotel door it wasn't pleasant.

the staff were friendly and took care of my luggage after i checked out! it was convenient since i wanted to spend more time in the area.
I was disappointed with the room i got. It was disgustingly dirty. the view i paid extra for was mainly pigeon poop, and the beds and carpets were not clean. the guy in charge was unhelpful, and nobody apologized or tried to resolve the issue, pretty annoying.

great breakfast selection short walk nice bar basic room small heater low pressure
the breakfast offered a great selection! it was delicious. the location was fab it was only a short walk to the main attractions! the bar was nice, i enjoyed sitting there in the evenings.
the room was very basic. the heater in the room was small and didn't provide much heat. the shower had low pressure, a bit annoying, it was hard to enjoy a shower.

The location was good, it was tidy.
I had a room and I found cigarettes outside the door. The parking had an extra charge. It was in a back street behind the hotel and very expensive.

cute staff clean room home-cooked breakfast thin mattress unsupportive pillow cigarette butts
The staff welcomed me warmly. The room was clean (i liked the fresh towels). The breakfast was tasty, especially the home-cooked items.
The mattress was too thin for my liking. The pillows provided little support at all. I noticed some cigarette butts outside the front door, near the seating area.
