easy accesspublic transport
The location allowed easy access to the city center by foot. Public transport options were also readily available. I was able to store my bags at the hotel before check-in.
The bathroom ventilation seemed to circulate air directly into the bedroom.

i found the staff very polite and helpful. i was able to store my bags prior to check-in so i could explore. the room was clean and the heating worked very well, a welcome respite after walking.
my room did not have a fridge. this was a minor inconvenience, but i would have liked to have kept drinks cold.

the hotel has easy access from the airport, because the tram stop is nearby, it's a short trip. reaching the city center and other locations from here is very easy too. that's a BIG plus!!!

The location was great. It was in a quiet area, a short distance from the city center. the room was super clean and cozy (especially the bed). i was able to drop off my bags early, which i appreciated. the staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
the heating system had specific operating times, only turning on from around 6:30 am and off during certain hours of the night and again around 7-8 am. the room felt a little cold at times.

The room was clean and had everything i needed, like toiletries and a hair dryer. tea and coffee were available in the room, with supplies replenished daily. the shower was particularly lovely. I appreciated that detail.
The room was quite small. I think it would feel cramped for two people. the pillows felt old and hard. They could use an upgrade. the heating system seemed to have a schedule. It was off during certain hours, made the room cold.
