unwelcoming staffthin walls
The staff wasn't particularly cute. I wouldn't say they were rude, but they didn't seem thrilled to be there. breakfast wrapped up early. at 9 am, there wasn't much left, and the staff seemed more focused on clearing up than helping guests. A bit disappointing. also, the walls felt pretty thin, and i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. Not ideal for a light sleeper like me.

the bed was comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. the room had a great layout with space to move around! i found the breakfast options to be better than average with delicious hot options available. i really appreciated the quick and efficient check-in and check-out processes.

The hotel has a handy location. a nearby subway made traveling simple! a park near the hotel provided a green space for peaceful walks! nearby, i found a few cool bars. They were perfect for an evening drink.

Solid Choice near the Terminal

I found the room very clean. Breakfast had enough options and I really liked it. Erika and Roy were friendly and very helpful. The hotel location is convenient, especially close to the cruise docks.
The immediate area has very little lights at night, so be aware.

The room included a coffee machine and two bottles of water daily. The bathroom looked recently updated, including fresh towels and soap. I noticed the room size was good, especially for luggage storage.

The hotel is about a fifteen minute walk from the cruise terminal. DUMBO area access is via a walk along the street and through the waterside park. I think the walk to the Brooklyn Bridge took around forty minutes.
