Central Location and Kind Staff!
kind staff spacious room excellent location
The staff was SO kind and helpful. I had a spacious room with a separate walk-in shower room as well as a standard bathroom. I could keep my electric scooter close to reception since it didn't quite fit in the lift. The room was near the lift exit. The location was AMAZING for shopping!!!

The staff provided a european adapter upon request, i found that very helpful! i was allowed to change after checkout. That was quite convenient. the room was super clean and complete. new, soft pillows were provided for each bed.
The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the train station. Though a bus is available from the airport.

surprisingly pleasant stay!
pleasant food helpful team clean room smooth arrival
the hotel was a delight from beginning to end. rooms were ready for our group upon arrival. i found the food amazing, especially with the restaurant team, and i wanted more! the thing that stood out was that nothing was too much trouble. i also found the rooms clean.
i noticed the hotel could use some refurbishment.

I was grateful for the central location as it was close to shops. The bar area had comfortable seating and acceptable prices. The staff was helpful. They allowed me to take my bicycle to my room because there was no secure bike parking. The room was spacious and warm with a working Wi-Fi connection.
