i appreciated the hotel's central location. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean upon arrival (a basic double room). i found the breakfast satisfactory with good options.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. The air conditioning seemed to switch off frequently.

Superb Central Stay!

I found the location ideal for exploring the city centre and it was just a short walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and always helpful, especially the breakfast team. The shower was easy to use and provided immediate hot water, which I REALLY appreciated after a long day. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, too.
The parking situation wasn't ideal because I had to park across the road and pay extra, though it was manageable.

The breakfast was fantastic. they had proper bacon, which i REALLY APPRECIATED. the ncp car park sits just across the road. It's a one- or two-minute walk. staff helped validate the parking ticket at reception, so i didn't need to use the pay machine.
the bottom OF the curtains needed some attention.
