The hotel's location was very convenient, near the train station and the city center. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and bigger than a standard double. I found the provided hot drink selection lovely. I especially appreciated the clean bathroomwith all essential amenities.
The parking fee of £16 per night felt steep. I was a little shocked by that cost.

The hotel was super close to the o2 academy! it was so convenient. i also found it really easy to walk to the station and the canal area. That canal walk to the arena was amazing!!! the room was really clean and comfy, and i loved that the front desk and bar were open all the time.
when i arrived, my key card didn't work. i had to wait a bit at the front desk, because the staff were busy serving drinks. also, when i got to my room, it was really cold at first, then it got too hot later. the tv had some channels that didn't work and the sink was smaller than expected.

I found the check-in process to be very smooth. The room was recently refurbished and very clean. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed. It was perfect after a long day. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to many places.
The hallways seemed a bit dark to me, but it wasn't a major issue!

The breakfast had many choices. It included both continental and English options. I liked the pancakes. The dining area had many comfy seats.
The room felt dated. Stains were visible throughout the room. There was no air con in the room.

the hotel's location suited my needs perfectly for attending an event at the utilita stadium , restaurants were also nearby. the staff were nice and helpful throughout my stay. i found the bar and social areas appealing , offering relaxing sofas and tvs.
i requested a double room , but i received a twin room instead. the beds was like different heights.
