the staff offered GREAT communication answering my questions through email. we got a friendly welcome upon check in. the hotel was very clean. beds were very comfortable. the hotel was quiet at night so we slept really well.

i had to ask for a room swap because the first room we were given smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. both rooms we were given were basement level this meant that you could also smell the dampness and sewage system

The room included tea and coffee making facilities and adequate clothes hangers. i was able to check in early. My room was prepared. local produce was available for breakfast.

parking was street parking , and it was further down the road , not near the hotel itself.

the reception was warm, and i received a nice welcome. the room was spacious, and i got an upgrade to a double room. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

the room got too hot at night, even with the fan, a bit difficult to sleep comfortably.
