The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I didn't try breakfast but I hear it good.
The wall plastering was awful. It needs improving. I was only staying for few hours.

The Double Room had adequate tea and coffee supplies. Off road parking was provided. A warm environment greeted me. An adequate bathroom was provided also.

Breakfast is included. The location is close to the town centre. Someone is always at reception to buzz you in late. Free car parking is available, but it is not gated.

The staff were polite.
The room was quite basic and obviously needs updating and some redecorating. The noise from creaking floors and other sounds during the day and night was distracting. Soundproofing is definitely needed.

The location proved convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. My room had sufficient space for my needs, including a desk. The free parking behind the building was convenient. (I found a spot each night!).
The noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable at times, disrupting the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

I encountered some issues . the room needed better soundproofing. I could easily hear noises from other rooms and the corridor late at night. the breakfast was underwhelming, with a limited selection and some items not very appealing. this place could be better if they invested in a better breakfast and some soundproofing.

the parking onsite was a good thing.
The breakfast was poor. The coffee was good though. there was no bannister on the stairs to the room. It was a safety hazard. the lighting in the bedroom was also very dark.
