The staff was unbelievably helpful! They reserved a parking space just for me, a lifesaver. The room was a really good size, which I SUPER appreciated. Oh, and the bed? SO comfortable! I slept like a baby.
There wasn't a mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom.

The hotel features a pool table available downstairs. This provides a source of entertainment . There is also a convenient toilet located on the ground floor for easy access. Shower gel, tea, sugar, and milk are provided !

the hotel is very close to the beach. the hotel's location makes it easy to see the beach. i found many attractions are easily accessible from this location, it's so convenient.

the staff helped me out so much. i got a call to let me know my room was ready earlier than i expected. they even reserved a parking space just for me! the room size was really good. oh, and i can't forget to mention the bed. it was seriously comfortable!
the window wasn't very secure. i think the locks need to be checked for safety.

the hotel is near the seafront and various attractions. it's super convenient to reach many shops! this made exploring the town very easy. it was awesome to walk everywhere so easily.

the staff was friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The room i booked, the budget double room, was not clean. I noticed dust and some stains on the carpet. there was also no wifi available , a major inconvenience as i needed to stay connected for work. the parking situation was difficult too, as it was limited and the gates were locked early.

the staff were generally friendly, this made the check-in process acceptable.
My room required painting and a serious deep clean (i'm not exaggerating). The walls, windows, and curtains had noticeable stains and dirt. the bathroom felt outdated, not all the lights worked, and a hairdryer was absent.
