i received a warm greeting from a gentleman at reception, and the room was clean upon my arrival. the bed was comfortable with clean bedding, towels, shower gel, and shampoo provided. ample tea and coffee were available, and the television worked well.
upon arrival, the exterior looked somewhat run down.

the staff was friendly. i found them helpful. the family room was a great size. it had a double bed and three single beds.
the room was freezing when i arrived. the heating only operates at specific times. the boiler broke, and my room was colder than outside. i was offered a small heater but it barely helped.
