The staff went out of their way to help retrieve my son's forgotten phone. Their assistance was invaluable. The location proves ideal, as it is not too far from the beach. I found the owners to be lovely and helpful people.
I noticed thin walls, so I could hear other guests shouting at times. This. I recommend soundproofing to prevent such disturbances.

the staff was friendly. i received a lot of tea , coffee , sugar , and milk. the place was quieter than a lot of other hotels.
the bathroom was filthy. the bedroom was disgusting, and the bed mattresses were not good. the tv did not work and a tap dripped all night long.

The owners were lovely ppl. The location IS perfect, and it is not too far from the beach. Staff was lovely and gave us so much tea, coffee sugar and milk.
The room was unclean. The carpet HAD not been hoovered. I found the ceiling cracked and uneven.

The staff was very friendly and cute. I stayed in the family room and, wow, it was great. The location was good (i liked being near the beach). For the price, you can't complain.
I booked a room. Upon arrival i only had a four person room available. I asked for an additional pillow, and i received a musty smelling pillow (it had been kept in their storage).

the hosts were really helpful and kind i had a small issue with the tv remote and they sorted it out quickly i also liked that there were extra towels and pillows available in the room the location is close to shops and restaurants which was convenient.
the kettle in the room had some limescale buildup , made me hesitant to use it i think it needs a good cleaning or replacing

the hosts were amazing! i felt welcomed immediately. kelly and louis helped with anything i needed. it was a relaxed feeling. the beach was only two minutes away.
the room was not very clean, i noticed the carpet had not been hoovered and was pretty filthy. the ceiling had cracks and seemed uneven. also, the tv aerial went through the ceiling and just dangled there.
