The kettle in the room was disgusting. It was coated in limescale. the hot water in the shower lasted just a few minutes. Then it turned ice cold. i found it very annoying. breakfast was basic as well.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was fantastic. I especially loved the fresh ingredients and variety on offer. It was like a home away from home (but with someone else doing the dishes!). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. I found it difficult to fully unpack and move around comfortably. Perhaps a bit more space for luggage would be beneficial. the overall experience more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

ray and amanda were amazing, they were really good for all guests (like me!). the room was maybe on the smaller side, but it was spotlessly clean. breakfast was a good experience, a perfect start to each day.

The tea and coffee provided in the room was not adequate. I would've liked more options.
