coffee making facilities clean bathroom comfy stay
The room had good tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean. they supplied plenty of towels! I found free parking and a comfy stay.

clean room easy check-in great shower
the room was very clean. it included tea, coffee, and biscuits. the shower had great water pressure (i really liked it). i appreciated the easy self check-in.
i found the basin tap very hard to operate. the waste plug system did not work. i had to leave the tap running.

communication via the app proved useful. clear instructions were provided regarding entry. i arranged parking before accessing the room. this made the arrival process smooth and efficient.

missing refrigerator uncomfortable bed
i found some issues. there was no refrigerator available, not even a small one. i've never encountered this before. furthermore, the bed was subpar. it was two single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses themselves felt old, with noticeable springs. this made it uncomfortable.
