the room was very clean. it included tea, coffee, and biscuits. the shower had great water pressure (i really liked it). i appreciated the easy self check-in.
i found the basin tap very hard to operate. the waste plug system did not work. i had to leave the tap running.

missing refrigeratoruncomfortable bed
i found some issues. there was no refrigerator available, not even a small one. i've never encountered this before. furthermore, the bed was subpar. it was two single mattresses pushed together, and the mattresses themselves felt old, with noticeable springs. this made it uncomfortable.
