really good stay!
ideal location good security lovely lady
The hotel's location was ideal. It was practically on the doorstep of the event i attended! it was also very close to central town and tourist locations. Security seemed good with key access. the lady who showed us to our rooms was lovely and even returned my train ticket i left behind in a rush!
sorry but it was cold in the room. one small radiator was totally insufficient though no heating was in the tiny en-suite at all. i asked for another heater and extra blankets for the bed, readily provided.

tea and coffee facilities are available, with coffee bags and a nespresso coffee machine. the fridge in the room was handy for storing milk and other beverages. complimentary items like a bag of crisps were a nice touch!

the staff was very friendly and helpful upon arrival. daily cleaning service and towel replacement were provided if needed. the staff even held onto and returned a train ticket i had left behind!

small fridge quiet room good location cold room small radiator limited space
the room was clean and well equipped. extras like a small fridge and a phone dock were available. the location was good and the room was quiet.
i found the room cold. it's an old victorian terrace with bay windows, and the small radiator could not heat the room sufficiently. there wasn't much space to move around as it was all a tight squeeze.

inadequate wardrobe constant noise
the location was quite central. it allowed easy access to the main attractions.
my room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard constant noise from adjacent rooms. also, the lack of wardrobe space was disappointing because i found the small hanging rail inadequate for a stay exceeding just one night.

the room was very clean, with everything i needed. the hotel gave nice touches like snacks with the usual tea. the location is ideal to explore the area. the hotel is very close to the pier.

Really good stay near the beachfront
super clean room good security
The room was well-catered and super clean. The lady was lovely and security seemed good. I had own access with a key. The lady who showed me to my room returned the train ticket I left behind.
