The location was quite convenient. It was close to the seafront. Check-in was easy. I was provided with all necessary information in advance. The room had everything I needed.
The sink in the room was blocked , which was inconvenient. The toilet did not flush properly. I sent a message to the owner about it. I received no reply.

I loved the room's balcony. It offered a beautiful, partial sea view! The location was also fantastic. The lovely sandy beach was only a short walk away. The bed provided the best sleep ever!!!

The room was smaller than i expected for the price i paid. it really did not have a comfortable seating area. the shower head definitely requires replacement. the wifi was unreliable. tv reception was also quite poor. It could not pick up all the freeview channels.

The room featured a balcony with a partial sea view. I found it beautiful. A short walk took me to a lovely sandy beach. The bed proved very comfortable, and the host was cute. Eating places are nearby, within walking distance. The en-suite shower room had a very clean, great shower. I had hot water. A nice tea making area was there along with some snacks.
The sink seemed blocked, and the toilet didn't flush properly. I hope they fix this soon.

Arundel Castle is situated close to the premises. I found it an amazing place to visit. I enjoyed the tea-making area in the room. It contained some snacks. Free street parking is available right outside the building.

the room was clean and it had lovely furnishings. the balcony view was excellent for morning coffee. the tea tray included bathroom extras, so i did not need to request anything.
