The room was clean. The staff replenished tea bags and milk from a basket in the hall.
The shower handle kept falling off. The shower ran cold almost immediately. Made it difficult to take a proper shower after a long day.

the room contained all necessary items, and i found the bed particularly comfortable. hot water was readily available in the shower. i experienced a restful night (the road noise was minimal).

i found the family managing the hotel to be responsive. they sent clear instructions regarding entry and departure. the staff ensured the room was clean, and the hotel was well-kept overall.

the room was warm. it was clean and also comfortable. friendly staff assisted me, and it was quiet. everything i needed was available. shops, restaurants and pubs were very close by if i didn't want to drive.
i had trouble with parking. i couldn't find available parking nearby to offload my cases. i had to leave my car on double yellows to offload. then, i had to find alternative parking.

The room, a double room, felt spacious and provided all the necessary amenities. i found it clean and tidy. The bed was super comfortable (best sleep ever!). the whole place looked well-decorated, and i enjoyed a very quiet stay. i also loved its closeness to the train station plus the local pubs and takeaway spots.
