My friend and I found the hotel easily, a short walk from the bus stop. Reception staff greeted us with smiles and allowed us to store our bags before check-in. The entire hotel impressed us with really good cleanliness and bright decor. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk even brought extra teabags to our room.
The AC made quite a bit of noise during the night.

the staff's kindness really shined i felt so welcomed by sandra at the front desk. she showed me multiple room choices, and , made it easy to find the one just right for me. also the luggage room gave such a relief after check out, it was nice to leave my things without worry.
the air conditioner seemed to make quite a noise throughout the night.

The staff was helpful.
The room felt small! and cramped. It was difficult to move around with my luggage. I had to keep rearranging things. The noise from outside was very noticeable and made it hard to sleep well.
