convenient central stay
unbeatable location excellent access friendly staff tea facilities
The location was unbeatable. it was so easy to get around, with excellent access to transport links. the staff were friendly. They helped me with directions. my room included a television plus coffee and tea making facilities.
the elevator was out of service , so i had to use the stairs

cracked tiles bathroom stains
the hotel was very clean , and the staff were helpful.
the bathroom needed work. i found several cracked tiles and some stains in the bathroom. this building seemed TO shake at times , possibly causing the cracked tiles.

central location prompt service early arrival handy cafe
The location is fantastic. I found it directly across from the main train station. The room was ready upon my early arrival. The staff provided prompt service when needed. There was a handy cafe offering food orders within the building.
The window in my room did not fully close, so there was some street noise.

The location was acceptable for getting around town.
