The location was unbeatable. it was so easy to get around, with excellent access to transport links. the staff were friendly. They helped me with directions. my room included a television plus coffee and tea making facilities.

the hotel was very clean , and the staff were helpful.
the bathroom needed work. i found several cracked tiles and some stains in the bathroom. this building seemed TO shake at times , possibly causing the cracked tiles.

The location is fantastic. I found it directly across from the main train station. The room was ready upon my early arrival. The staff provided prompt service when needed. There was a handy cafe offering food orders within the building.
The window in my room did not fully close, so there was some street noise.
