The location is convenient. It is close to various restaurants. The breakfast included a Full English option. I found the staff to be quite warm and cute.

high prices dim lighting

I found the bar prices a little ridiculous. A diet coke costing over £4 seemed EXCESSIVE. The family room felt cramped because of the sofa bed, leaving little room to move. The lighting was dim, and the mirror light didn't work.

The staff greeted me warmly upon my arrival. i also found helpful recommendations for local restaurants! the room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast included a full english, cereals, fruit, cakes and fresh pancakes. the hotel's location is great, perfect for exploring!

The gym's swimming pool is located outside of the hotel. it is shared with another venue, a local gym! hotel guests do not get priority pool access. I found this difficult.

The room lacked air conditioning. It was HOT. Opening the window introduced noise from nearby nightclubs. The breakfast lacked coffee. A major disappointment first thing in the morning.

Check-in was smooth. Dawn was pleasant. She gave information about local restaurants with discounts for hotel guests. The location is ideal for going out.

I expect the AC to function in the summer. The room was warm, and the AC did not work. I also had to pay extra for parking.

The location provided easy access to nearby shops. The experience was improved with the friendly staff, very helpful indeed! the discounted parking was very convenient. It's rare to find this in such a central location.

I found a large comfortable lounge space here. The location is central, right on the high street, so many restaurants and shops are nearby. The breakfast selection was ample. It really fueled my morning.

The lift often had a queue.
