the location was Great. i could walk to many attractions so easily. The staff was nice, and i liked i could always get coffee in the lobby. My Room included bottled water, i appreciated that a lot.
the air conditioning was very noisy, it made it HARD to sleep. some fixtures were Damaged. i noticed the shower head leaked a bit, and some mold was present in the bathroom.

Faruk guided us during our entire stay. He offered helpful advice even after we left the hotel and missed our connection. The staff gave us a warm welcome. They were always available for anything we needed.
The wallpaper in the room was peeling slightly.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sofia Hagia and the Blue Mosque. It is located in a narrow cobbled street. The area has many Turkish eateries nearby.

The staff were helpful with all our inquiries. They offered suggestions of places to eat and things to do. I was able to leave excess luggage at the hotel when i went on a tour.

the staff members, faruk, kaan, and kenan, offered excellent support. they arranged taxis for me, suggested restaurants (i tried a kebab shop nearby), and even escorted me to some points of interest. the price matched the location (near major attractions) and quality of the rooms well.
the shower had noticeably low water pressure, something i hope they address soon.

The location IS super close to major attractions. I liked that there was everything i needed. Staff members Farouk and his colleague were very friendly. They helped us up the hill with our luggage.
The rooms need tlc. the air conditioning was a bit noisy so i used earplugs to sleep.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was excellent. It was very convenient for seeing the main attractions. The hotel offered good value for the price I paid (it was within my budget).
The shower didn't work properly. The room cleaning was poor . The photos online were misleading (the hotel needs some updating).
