The breakfast included fresh food and diverse options. Staff members provided really good assistance. The location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and coffee bars. I found it to be a very nice stay. Daily room cleaning and towel changes were very appreciated.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a little weak.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. public transport was also within walking distance. these aspects were positives.
The wifi connection was not good. It would often not work. the rooms could be more modern. these factors affected my stay.

weak pressure basic breakfast
my visit wasnt really good. THE bathroom had issues, specifically a very weak water pressure. this made showering difficult. breakfast was basic, not matching what I had expected. the choices were limited and not very appealing.

friendly staff helpful tips secure transfer local eateries
i found the staff friendly. they provided helpful tips about exchanging money, shopping for souvenirs, and finding great local eateries. their advice significantly improved my travel experience! the hotel also arranged a smooth and secure airport transfer, so i did not have to worry about that.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak, making it a little difficult to stream videos.

The hotel is very close to the metro station. the hotel has easy access to many street shops and restaurants. i walked to all the main attractions. It was super convenient.

the personnel were attentive and cute. they organized transfers and accommodated requests easily. one staff member gave directions around town and explained important cultural tips, it was AMAZING!!!
