the staff was very polite and helpful i appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations the room was clean upon arrival i noticed fresh linens and a tidy space it provided a comfortable environment for my stay
the street noise was noticeable especially during the early morning hours soundproofing could be improved to ensure a better sleep experience the breakfast selection was limited it lacked variety and could benefit from more options

The hotel has a good location. It is close to many attractions.
I FOUND the lack of soundproofing a real PROBLEM. I could hear EVERYTHING. Toilets flushing and staff preparing breakfast early. One night, loud noises from another guest further disrupted my sleep. IT was hard to get GOOD rest.

Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

The location was amazing. The hotel is situated in a quiet area which allowed for restful nights. I had a room with a lovely big balcony, and it added so much charm to my stay. We slept soundly. The staff were lovely and helpful, always ready with a smile.

The staff members were polite and pleasant to deal with. They were consistently ready to assist with requests. Ismail and France stood out because of their really good service. Their attentiveness created a cute atmosphere.

Complementary Turkish tea was always available, a nice touch that added to the experience. I appreciated the opportunity to sample local flavors right at the hotel, it was so convenient. This small gesture.

The location was good. I could walk to many main attractions. the staff was also helpful when i asked for directions.
my room was not what i expected. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep, and the air conditioning didn't work well. also, i found a stain on the carpet, it was unpleasant.
