The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The view from the terrace offered astonishing sights both day and night. The hotel provided a different buffet on different days.
The hotel is located on a steep hill, made accessing the hotel with luggage somewhat difficult. This was a minor inconvenience, but it is important for travelers to be aware of this characteristic.

unfortunately, our stay included bed bugs and fleas. the room and bathroom were disgusting. staff didn't seem surprised and didn't care. we both got awfully bitten and received no compensation. we were offered a different room but it was terrible.

mixed feelings about my stay
steep hilldimly lit streets
The hill leading to the place was very steep. It was almost impossible to manage with suitcases. the annex apartment, which i knew was away from the main building, was farther than i thought. the walk to the pool or restaurant for breakfast did not appeal to me. the streets outside were dimly lit, and i didn't feel very safe.
