the staff were lovely and helpful they made my holiday easier. i received a warm welcome. dealing with people was easy there.
my room was small and quite dirty the sheets were too small for the double bed i used. i needed to ask for extra sheets. breakfast was passable if you prefer savory options but insufficient if you like sweet things.

The hotel is in a very good location. I easily walked to major attractions from here. The staff was friendly and helpful (Ms Sengul was especially kind). They even offered my child chocolate, a sweet gesture.
The breakfast lacked variety. I found the choices limited in terms of international options. The coffee and juice machines were also insufficient for the number of guests.

The hotel's location near the Hippodrome was acceptable.
The breakfast variety seemed limited. I noticed there were not many options for those with dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance. The furniture seemed quite old. The shower did not work properly. I found it to be a very NOISY area, and the walls felt thin.
