i found the receptionists particularly cute. miss mai was very professional and helpful, i was so thankful. the buffet breakfast had good food. the location allowed easy access to many attractions, this made sightseeing easy for me. rooms were clean and equipped with comfortable beds.
the wifi signal was weak in some areas, i experienced frequent disconnections.

the hotel provides easy access to main attractions, i could walk to many destinations. public transportation options are close, so getting around the city are convenient. a 24-hour security presence gives an additional sense of safety.

my room included a comfortable bed and clean linens. air conditioning kept the space cool. a television with several channels provided entertainment, it was lovely after a long day.

the location was acceptable for accessing various attractions.
my room reeked of cigarette smoke upon arrival i found that unpleasant. the lack of soundproofing was also a major issue with constant street noise at all hours. the bathroom configuration was poor with water splashing everywhere during showers.

the staff were friendly, and the location was acceptable.
the hot water took a long time to arrive in the pipes, wasting water. the housekeeping entered my room at 9 am on the last day without knocking or checking if i had checked out yet.

the location is pretty good in downtown if you want to be near things.
The room was a bit of a letdown. It wasn't particularly clean and the carpet had many spots. the air conditioning, well, it didn't work like it should, and the windows don't close tight, so a draft comes in, it was a bit chilly. also, there wasn't hot water at night to shower with.
