Solid Hotel Experience!

The staff are attentive. They prepare eggs at request for breakfast. Complimentary fresh fruits are delivered to my room everyday. The hotel has a really iconic design. There is art and history visible everywhere.
The hotel does looks old and need care. Its glory is kind of faded. I booked a suite to move into, but I had to wait a long time for it.

My room included a television with international channels. It also included a mini-fridge restocked daily. The air conditioning unit works effectively and maintains a consistent temperature. Blackout curtains ensures a dark room for better sleep.

I enjoyed the helpful staff. The breakfast buffet offered lots of choices. The location proved convenient, especially given how close it was to local attractions.
The bathroom showers need an upgrade, especially since water leaked onto the floors. It gave me pause, but didn't ruin my stay.

Breakfast had a chef who prepared omelets. There were Egyptian breakfast items, this gives a good taste of local culture. They offered drinks and fruit as a welcome amenity upon my arrival.

shower problembilling problem
i was pretty disappointed with my stay. the bathroom shower had some issues, water leaked onto the floor, it was quite annoying. the in-room safe didn't work, so i had to carry all my important documents with me. i also had a bit of a billing problem at checkout, they insisted i pay again even though i had already paid online, it took some time to clear up.
