the reception staff were very helpful and made the checking process easy. the location is very convenient, especially for catching an early morning flight. i felt secure as a solo traveler here. i also appreciated the staff's eagerness to assist with external facilities.
the room i stayed in had some street noise, although the windows seemed better sound-proofed than in other hotels nearby.

The breakfast started as a simple plate, but it evolved into a buffet. Chef alaa made excellent omelettes (i liked them a lot!).

my room was clean, though smaller, it was still cozy and comfortable. the sound-proofed windows helped a lot. i found the bathroom to be a bit tight but well-kept.

linda at reception greeted me with a genuine smile and showed interest in my stay. she asked thoughtful questions and wished me a warm return. her professionalism added great value to my experience.

the staff was really friendly. they cleaned my room every day. new towels came quickly when the others were used. the staff asked me every day if everything was alright (this was so kind!). i especially thank ahmed and martina for extra good service.
i found the non-smoking room i stayed in was sandwiched between smoking rooms. smoke filtered into the room almost always. it was a bit of an issue for me.

the hotel features a well-kept gym. it includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so you can keep up with your fitness routine. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section.

The staff was really friendly! My room was cleaned every day, even without me asking for it. New towels came quickly after I used the others. Each day, the staff inquired if everything was alright and if I needed anything. Ahmed and Martina were awesome, providing extra good service.
The electric sockets in my room did not work well. I found this inconvenient
