fantastic spot near the metro
convenient locationfriendly staffusb port
this hotel is a great find. the metro and a bus stop are just outside (so convenient!). the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room had a usb port, which i found very handy for charging my devices.
the walls seemed a little thin, and i could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

the front desk had 24-hour staffing. the staff was lovely and always ready to assist with directions. they cleaned the rooms and made the beds daily, a nice touch.

the hotel is very close to major metros, made getting around easy. bolivar metro is really close. there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, offering lots of options. i not sketchy at all even when returning late at night.

the facilities met my expectations for a short stay. the room was functional and provided everything i needed. everything seemed recently updated and well cared for (i noticed that).

i found many different cuisines right outside the hotel. there are supermarkets and bars located less than five minutes away. this variety made dining very convenient (i could choose something different every day!).

the staff was very polite and helpful. the hotel was very clean (which i always appreciate). the location is about 30 minutes walking from the city center, but there is a metro stop less than 5 minutes away. this makes it quite easy to move around.
i found the room somewhat dark because it had few windows. it seemed like i was in the smallest room the hotel offered. there were a lot of insects in the room.
