mineral water excellent food
the hotel offered a generous supply of extras in my room including two bottles of mineral water and some biscuits. the food in the restaurant was amazing!!! both dinner and breakfast was pretty good.
my biggest disappointment involved the free wifi, as it was not reliable enough for video conferencing.

Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience

The location is great. It is quite close to the seafront. The pier is easily accessible from the hotel. The room was nice and neat. I appreciated the attention to detail. The restaurant presented an excellent menu, even for a light bite. Breakfast was a good experience. The bacon was tasty. Real coffee was served. There was a nice choice of fruits and yogurts. The owner helped with my plans for an evening at the theatre.
The room was hot upon arrival. The windows did not open, it took a while to cool down. I noticed no heating until late in the evening.

Our superior double room had ample space and modern amenities. It was well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful sleep. I could not fault it.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs. They ensured a seamless check-in process. All my requests were handled with efficiency. I was very impressed, and will definitely visit again

The hotel is in close proximity to the seafront and a small park. The pier and other attractions are just a short walk away. The location offered convenient access to local dining options. It's a very nice place, I must say.

dated room unreliable wifi
the location was acceptable, especially its proximity to the seafront.
The room felt quite dated, especially the bathroom suite. It seemed as though little had been updated in years. the mattress had springs i could feel and the room became unbearably hot with no way to adjust the temperature effectively. the wifi was unreliable. I needed it for work but could barely connect.

fantastic experience!
clean room spacious room kind staff inviting area
the room was clean and spacious. the staff were very kind and cute. i appreciate the lounge area, it was very inviting. the indigo restaurant staff catered to every whim. the hotel is near many shops and restaurants. i enjoyed my room's view of the gardens and watching the squirrels.
the free wifi quality was low. i struggled to open google in my bedroom.

the breakfast had many choices and was well cooked. the presentation of the meals was amazing!!! the staff were helpful. food quality was high, alongside quantity, and the service was very good.

the location is great and near the beach and shops. it sits a short distance from restaurants. the hotel is perfect, right by the sea and away from the main road. it provides easy access to local amenities.
