Kevin provided good service at the front desk. I felt welcomed upon arrival. The breakfast selection was extensive, a good start to each day. I enjoyed the convenience of the gym and pool, both well maintained.
The skybar drinks felt overpriced given the overall value.

The apartment included a small kitchenette allowing basic meal preparation. The space was functional. A television provided entertainment and added a touch of home to the room. This made it relaxing. The room was clean. It was a nice place.

The breakfast buffet had varied options. I found something different each morning. Carmelo and Raico were attentive during breakfast. They were kind to guests. Carmen Dayana also ensured the breakfast service was smooth and complete.

I was really annoyed by a couple of things. First, the room lighting was poor. It felt dark and a bit depressing. Second, the breakfast quality was subpar. I definitely expected better (especially for the price!).

The room decor looked quite dated it needs refurbishment. The towels had noticeable stains which was unhygienic. Loud music dominated the pool area disrupting any relaxation.

the location is close to the yumbo centre. it's convenient for accessing bars and restaurants. the staff were kind and responsive, (especially kevin), and i felt welcomed. i also liked having the pool so close by.

The staff provided a warm welcome at reception. Cleaning ladies kept everything super clean daily. The gym upgrades included better equipment. I used the new treadmill. I found free parking near the hotel, a definite plus.
