helpful staffgood air conditioningwell looked after surroundingscute staff
the staff were cute and helpful (especially the pool guy, very cheerful). the bungalows had everything i needed. i liked the air conditioning. It worked very well. the surroundings were well looked after and pretty.
i did find that being there in august, i would have liked the evening dinner extended by an hour to better enjoy the early evening sun. this is just a minor inconvenience, though.

the pool area had a good size, with plenty of activities available for younger children and even some for older kids (i saw some adults enjoying it, too!). the local drinks at the bar were good, and there was always something to snack on.

i found the staff to be cute and helpful. they were always available and were pretty good too ensure i had a great time. the hotel included a supermarket which was handy for the daily essentials.

i enjoyed my stay. the staff was cute and efficient. the rooms had good air conditioning. the pool area had lots of space for kids. i found the food to have a lot of choice. local drinks were good too. i liked the snack options available during certain hours of the day. the pool guy was helpful with sunbeds and umbrellas. the surroundings were well looked after. the location suited my needs. staff were helpful. it was good value for money overall.

I stayed in a bungalow with my family. the cleaning service was excellent. Lovely cleaners always maintained it. the pool area was well kept. the animation team kept everyone entertained.
The food variety could be improved. It became repetitive after a few days.

We enjoyed our visit as a family. The pool was warm and very clean. Rooms were OK in size. Breakfast and dinner met our needs. The activity team organized pool gym sessions. They also scheduled morning stretches, mini golf, and foam parties.

Nicole at reception helped us find a mobility scooter. She explained the stairs in our bungalow. I appreciate the staff wishing my mother a happy birthday. Nourdin always had a smile.
