the noise insulation was awful. i heard conversations from adjacent rooms. the air conditioning was not effective enough. the room never reached a comfortable temperature.

the staff was helpful (they assisted with local tips). breakfast provided great choices. the pool area featured free balinese beds and available sunbeds. the rooftop bar offered a nice atmosphere and drinks.
the air conditioning unit in the room was not very strong.

the twin room featured modern bathroom fixtures. cleanliness was clearly a priority, as it was kept immaculate. the room offered a sea view from the third floor, providing pleasant scenery.

the pool area included a lower grassed area. this section had sun loungers available . trees provided natural shade on the grassed area, great for relaxation out of direct sunlight.

Wonderful stay!

The breakfast was excellent with diverse choices and fresh fruit. The room included all necessary items, such as tea and coffee facilities, shower gel, and a fridge. I found the space sufficient and the sea views amazing. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff.
The lack of blackout curtains caused some difficulty sleeping properly. The AC flow was very weak, not providing sufficient cooling. The room felt warmer than the set temperature and not properly ventilated.

The hotel reception staff was helpful. They were always willing to assist, also the bar staff was always ready to help. I appreciated their customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The hotel had a great pool. I used it every day of my stay. There was also a lovely garden area. It offered sunbeds overlooking the sea. I found this to be a real bonus.

My room was always clean and quiet. The housekeeping was very good. The bedding and towels were replaced regularly. The bathroom was also very clean. I had a great experience overall.

The breakfast included a lot of options with delicious fruit, it was great. The newly renovated modern rooftop bar served some excellent cocktails. I really enjoyed this place. The chef prepared delicious food daily.
