the staff were really lovely and helpful (i really appreciate that). i asked for more towels and it was no problem. beds were very comfy. the room was cleaned every day. the location is central and good for the price.
it would be useful to have a full-length mirror in the room for getting ready.

I found the location very convenient to main attractions. It was a short walk to many sights (I enjoyed visiting the nearby markets). The room had a good shower. there was a hairdryer and kettle with tea and coffee. Wi-Fi access was also easy to set up.
My room faced the back of the hotel and had a view of the neighboring building's wall.

the shower's design lacked a proper enclosure. water consistently flooded the adjacent toilet area during each shower. i addressed this by using a water scraper to manage the excess water.

Location is good. Main attractions are a ten minute walk. The museum quarter is twenty minute walk. Many cafes and shops are nearby. The hotel secure hotel. The staff were friendly too.
The room felt a bit small. Other than that it was a good experience.

The room service was available daily. The location was convenient (it's something I value), as there were several restaurants and pubs in the surrounding area. It was nice to be away from the chaos of the city center. Entering the hotel required a keycard after a certain time.
The shower lacked a proper door. This resulted in the entire floor getting wet each time I showered. The towels were replaced daily, but some had holes in them (minor inconvenience).
