top floor king room, spacious and clean!
king room comfy pillows vending machine
The top floor king room was lovely and really spacious. The working air con was effective! it was very clean with thick comfy pillows and a nice duvet too. i appreciated the free vending machine in reception because it had hot water for my herbal tea.
carrying my herbal tea upstairs from the vending machine was a bit of a challenge!

The king room had effective air conditioning and soft lighting it felt cozy. the shower was large with good pressure and temperature. staff were friendly and very helpful. I would stay again. the vending machine offering hot water for herbal tea was handy.
there was no elevator to bring luggage upstairs to rooms

The staff was friendly. They quickly addressed my needs. i was given complementary coffee upon arrival. i found parking available and convenient, right behind the hotel.
the sound from the nearby road was noticeable at times, though i quickly adjusted.

bottled water friendly staff extra parking unsecured curtain pole
the room came with bottled water and soap and shampoo etc. the staff were really friendly and very helpful.
i did not like i had to pay extra for parking when i was a resident of the hotel.. when i opened the window the curtain pole fell and bumped my head and bruised my arm. when i told reception they thanked me for letting me know the problem but offered no apology for that happening or showed interest in that i hurt myself with their unsecured curtain pole.

king room experience
spacious king room effective air conditioning large shower
the king room was spacious. the air conditioning worked effectively. it had good tv with soft lighting that felt cosy. the shower was large with good pressure. bottled water and soap were supplied. the top floor was quiet and road noise didn't bother me. the curtains kept out most light except for a reddish glow from the petrol station, i found that kinda cool.
carrying hot water upstairs from the free vending machine was a little challenging.
