i really enjoyed my stay! the tram station nearby made getting around super easy, it was just steps away. also, the two main museums are practically next door (this location is amazing!).
the room was a bit on the smaller side. it was sometimes difficult to maneuver with luggage.

the location was decent. it was near some museums.
The room reeked of stale smoke. I suspect someone had been lighting up in there, despite any no-smoking policies. it was quite unpleasant! also, the breakfast was a sad affair, not worth the money at all. the coffee machine was temperamental, and the sausage tasted funny

the hotel's location was amazing, super close to the tram and museums. the reception works non-stop and the people there are really kind. i was able to leave my luggage after i checked out and i thought this was very nice.

The location IS great, close to many key attractions and public transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly during check in and check out. I was able to check in early, because the room was ready. The hotel also stored my bags after checkout until I needed to go to the airport.

The room smelled faintly of sewers sometimes. It was not constant. it was only noticeable on occasion

the location was great it was very close to museums and public transport i could walk to many places including anne frank house the room had plenty of space for bags and moving around the bathroom was a good size with a good shower the beds were comfortable. the hotel staff quickly provided extra coffee pods and cups. free luggage storage was available before check in this allowed me to explore the area.
the hallway was tiny it was sometimes difficult to navigate with luggage
