the location was perfect! it was only a short walk to the university campus. i found the breakfast quite satisfying and the staff was genuinely friendly. parking was available in front of the building, and i thought it was easy to spot in the traffic.
the room heating was turned on late though, i used a fan heater for warmth.

my single room was very clean. daily housekeeping was provided, so the room stayed tidy. the bed was comfy and it offered a good night's sleep after a long day.

The breakfast included whole grain irish soda bread, yogurt, and fruit, giving a good variety. access to city buses was easy. The stop was right outside. i also walked to the city centre.

The breakfast offered a good variety, including fresh bread (i especially liked the coffee!). my room was surprisingly spacious and kept very neat. the shower had strong water pressure, though it took a bit to heat up. the room was warm and cozy.
the building work next door created some noise (hammering, shouting).

I found some aspects disappointing. The bathroom sink had a leak. Staff provided extra towels but did not fix it. The floor had a slick, oily substance on it, even after I wiped it. This created a safety hazard. It was a very UNPLEASANT experience.
