The hotel had a car park on site. I found this arrangement very convenient. My room was clean, therefore I felt comfortable. The staff members were lovely.
There was no one at the front desk when I returned late. I felt unsafe because of this situation.

the car park was large and secure at a reasonable cost. i felt my car was safe . the location was convenient with local cafes easily accessible, i found several dining options nearby. the staff were friendly.
The shower only provided a trickle of water. This was a bit disappointing.

the location was perfect! easy access to queen's university and the bus stop made getting around simple. staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling! the room was good value for the money, and everything was clean!

my room had some issues, i noticed the shower took a long time to heat up, and then the water pressure was very low. this. also, the decor seemed dated, the lighting was dim, and i spotted dust on the surfaces.
