Review summary
Based on recent reviews

Guests often find the rooms spacious and clean, sometimes noting recent renovations. The ensuite bathrooms are appreciated, often equipped with fresh towels, and the tea making facilities are a plus. While most find the location convenient, with easy access to the city centre and a short walk to the Grand Central station, some guests have found certain rooms to be quite small.

broken heater automatic responses
The bathroom was REALLY small. The room was cold. The heater did not work properly. I only received automatic responses and no real assistance. That was frustrating. The check-in was only possible from 3 PM to 7 PM with a code. I was not able to call for free from abroad. The window was leaking. It dripped onto the bed.

the digital code locks on both the front door and room door felt very secure and were easy to use. i found the location walkable to local amenities including bars, cafes and public transport, all within ten minutes. my room was on the bottom floor, allowing me quick access in and out of the front door.
the bed linen felt worn and didn't have a freshly washed scent.

easy check-in fine kitchen pathetic shower poor towel
the room was perfectly acceptable for the price. the kitchen was quite fine. i liked how easy it was to check in and i could go and come as i pleased.
the shower was the most pathetic hotel shower i have ever experienced. it had very poor flow rate at high temperatures and the showerhead needs descaling. the towels were poor quality and still had hairs in them so they had not been washed properly. despite the kettle in the room there were no cups.
