Check-in was easy. The room had good air conditioning and quiet. Front desk and restaurant staff were so friendly. Other staff were also friendly including the manager and cleaning staff.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered directions to local attractions and promptly arranged taxi service. The hotel provides convenient access to both shops and public transport. I really appreciated the clean facilities.
The room lacked a safe. I had to carry my valuables with me. I also missed having conveniently placed plugs near the bed for my devices.
