Check-in was easy. The room had good air conditioning and quiet. Front desk and restaurant staff were so friendly. Other staff were also friendly including the manager and cleaning staff.

The hotel is near Botanic Avenue with many restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. Transport links are good for city centre access and travel further afield. Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes are available.

Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked to order. 24-hour pizza availability exists. I had Panini and really enjoyed it. The lady behind the bar took our food order.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They offered directions to local attractions and promptly arranged taxi service. The hotel provides convenient access to both shops and public transport. I really appreciated the clean facilities.
The room lacked a safe. I had to carry my valuables with me. I also missed having conveniently placed plugs near the bed for my devices.
