the staff were super cute and helpful when i arrived early they looked after my bags while my room was readied the room was actually ready before the time stated online. the rooms are really nice and clean plus there is a separate kitchen with all essential equipment provided. i found the communal area in the lobby perfect for a quick coffee

the music from a nearby pub was loud until very late at night making it a bit hard to fall asleep initially

The staff was friendly. Check-in was easy. My room was clean and tidy. The public spaces looked pleasant.

The building seems to be student accommodation, not a hotel. I could not get an iron or ironing board. There were only five for the whole building. There were no tea-making facilities in the room.

The location proved convenient. it offered easy access to shops and restaurants. i liked the room SIZE. It accommodated my needs well. the staff showed amazing professionalism during check-in.

i noticed that the windows do not open WIDE enough, limiting fresh air circulation.

the lobby included a pool table. i saw a coffee machine near reception and it supplied complimentary coffee for all guests. i noticed a small gym equipped with basic machines.
