I found the free parking very CONVENIENT. The staff quickly accommodated my request for additional pillows. The room upgrade to a bigger one was a lovely surprise. I appreciated the provision of tea supplies in my room.
The beds were two single beds pushed together. This caused a bit of a gap.

The bar had great breakfast food. It was a first class experience. The room felt big and bright. The bed was comfy. The place was clean and kept warm, and I think it gave great value for money. The room upgrade to a bigger one was nice and very appreciated.
The room could use a little TLC. It was a bit worn and could benefit from some updates.

Ali at the entrance was very nice and very polite. He was always helpful. The reception was there to check me in and accommodate my arrival at 10:45 pm, it was very nice.

The receptionist was very accommodating. i received a bigger room, a great surprise. free parking was also very convenient. the locked front door with keycard access. It worked well.
The room could use some minor repairs. The bathroom sink tap handle was loose. it was a bit inconvenient.
