Simple and Satisfactory Stay

I booked last minute because another apartment let us down. The man at reception was helpful, and the room was warm and dry. It gave us a spot to sleep for a few hours, and I felt happy. The bed was fine.
The internet had problems. It disconnected for one whole night, and I needed it for work.

My room included a private sink. Towels were there. Bedding seemed fine, and the shower was hot. The bathroom was clean also.

This guesthouse is good value for the price and perfect for short stays. You can visit Etihad Stadium, Co-op arena, or city centre shops from there. I walked around the area.

Not all rooms have en suite bathrooms, but the shared bathrooms were clean. The toilets seemed clean. I had no issues with the facilities provided.

the owner was indeed very professional he clearly invested in upgrading the place recently he made sure i felt looked after like being at home the bed was very comfortable i slept soundly each night. the location was good for visiting the city centre very accessible to transportation and main attractions. the shared bathrooms were kept really clean a testament to good management. i found the area quiet too a peaceful retreat after busy days.
the tv in the room was not plugged in it would have been nice to have it ready to use without needing to check connections.

while there isn't dining directly at the guesthouse many local cafes and restaurants are nearby offering a variety of choices to suit all tastes and budgets this provides ample opportunity for culinary exploration.

pleasant and helpful stay
fast responsecomfortable bedhot water
The staff was very accommodating with our late arrival. fast responses came over whatsapp. I appreciated that. there were no issues with hot water. the bed was an older spring style, yet still comfortable after a short adjustment.
the room needed just a touch more attention to detail regarding cleanliness.
