the breakfast offered a wonderful display of fresh pastries. there was also a traditional scottish breakfast. the family friendly atmosphere created a cute experience for all guests
the noise from other guests upstairs was quite disruptive. i could hear every footstep and movement. it made it hard to fall asleep early

My room was quite cold. The heater, as I discovered late at night, did not work. I also heard every sound from the neighbors apartments, every single thing.

The room was spacious. It was equipped with tea and coffee. Breakfast offered a continental style buffet. Cooked breakfast choices were available.
The balcony chairs and tables were not clean. Reception staff gave too many orders. I found them a bit rude.

the breakfast tasted bland. it used cheap products. the foam mattress was completely broken. it was hard in the middle and soft on the outside. i had to flip it just to get some comfort. i woke up with a stiff neck and back.
