I chose this hotel because buses for tours stopped nearby. the breakfast was also great. friendly staff helped a lot, and the room was always clean. i'd like to come back and stay at this hotel again. It's really nice.

the hotel includes a parking ramp, really helpful with cars. there are also several eating places around the hotel at walkable distances. a covered parking space is also convenient during bad weather.

the staff were courteous and responsive to any needs i presented.
The breakfast selection was rather average and could be improved. I found this disappointing. parking in front of the hotel was not adequate. This proved to be quite inconvenient, especially when returning late at night. the overall space did not feel as pleasant as i anticipated.

I found free parking quite convenient. The breakfast had a good variety (especially the fresh pastries). The staff was helpful in answering my questions. The room was clean and quiet. There was a bus stop right by the hotel, which I found very useful. The check-in process was quick, thanks to the friendly staff.
The room felt a bit small (but I understand the rooms are small). I noticed there was no conditioner in the bathroom, a small inconvenience. There was no hot water kettle in the room. I would've appreciated it.

The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean and bright. Breakfast was very good. The hotel offers an early check-in option that includes breakfast (very convenient after a long flight). I enjoyed the garden area across the road, and it felt safe, even at night.
The luggage stand's location felt inconvenient due to the bed's position in the room.

The room was very clean and modern with comfortable beds. It had ample bathroom gel, a hairdryer, and fresh towels were provided daily upon request. The room temperature was also perfect, with heat available day and night.
