great location with clean rooms
gracious receptionist fast service fresh fruit
i checked in around 10 am and planned to leave my bags. the receptionist was very gracious. he arranged for the room to be ready within 10 minutes. i appreciated the fast service after my long flight. breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and croissants.
the air conditioning was not very strong.

central location helpful staff restaurant suggestions small bathroom drain smell limited breakfast
the location was very central. it was easy to reach the main attractions on foot. the staff were always ready to help with any questions! they offered maps and suggestions for local restaurants.
The bathroom was small and lacked counter space. there was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom too. It wasn't constant though. the breakfast selection could have been better. It was quite basic and a bit limited.

amazing stay near the colosseum!
early check-in helpful directions
i got an early check-in and that was amazing. the front desk staff gave helpful directions and transport options. our room was ready way before schedule. what a welcome surprise!
i found no ice at the hotel , made it hard to enjoy a cold drink in the room. it would be great if they had that available

i noticed the breakfast options were very good. there was plenty of space. the hotel provides a great breakfast space with many good options, so you start your day well prepared. it is a convenient start to your day before exploring.

the front desk staff were very polite, always ready to help, and that really added to my stay. the staff gave me a map with recommendations upon check-in. i felt welcomed and informed, it was perfect.

the room was clean and well kept with air conditioning that worked very well. i always found the room cool and comfortable which was a relief after a long day out. the hotel offered comfort.

the location is great for walking to tourist sites and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. main tourist attractions are easily accessible and very close. everything i wanted to see was within reach.

poor air conditioning cramped bathroom
the location was acceptable as it provided easy access to nearby attractions.
The bathroom was small and inconvenient, the door could not fully open. the air conditioning performed poorly, so the room remained uncomfortably warm despite my efforts to adjust it. breakfast service needed improvement. The coffee machine often had long queues, and some food items ran out quickly.
